POSITION SUMMARY:

The Employee Housing Coordinator will follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes.

WAGE:

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exhibits initiative, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Be a strong team play within Employee Housing and HR departments.
  • Reviewing WP Employee Housing email inbox and respond to all emails in a timely manner.
  • Assist employees/residents that walk into the Housing office. Record all questions and/or concerns, maintenance needs, and communicate these to the respective team member.
  • Answer and assist all questions or requests to the main Employee Housing phone line, including calls from the front door intercom.
  • Assist in processing mail for Parcel Pending system.
  • Process and update employee housing applications and track applicant security fees and license fee payments.
  • Review housing allocations and/or relocations with direction from the Employee Housing Manager(s). Communicate allocations with coordinator, hiring managers, and applicants.
  • Prepare legal housing documents, have residents sign electronically, and confirm.
  • Pull reports for scheduled move ins, manager assistance, etc.
  • Meet with new employees/residents, complete housing move-in process and communicate the rules and polices of employee housing.
  • Update data on master resident lists and Rent Manager system, ensuring information is accurate and current at all times.
  • Provide any updates for other department managers as needed.
  • Process move-outs by coordinating move-out inspections, recording move out date, providing email instructions on expectation for move out, and collecting returned keys.
  • Assisting managers with incentive programs for employees/residents.
  • Maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Professional in the housing office located within one of the housing residential properties.
  • Is an active and supportive member of the Human Resources team.
    • Participates in events and functions hosted by HR, creates a positive and creative atmosphere in the Employment office.

  • Other duties assigned by housing managers(s)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • College degree preferred

Experience:

  • 3+ years of work experience in administration or Human Resources
  • Knowledge of property management/housing functions desired
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Power Point.

  • Extreme attention to detail is required

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft office products
  • Fast learner of computer software programs
