About the Role 

Weee is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to lead enterprise projects and execute the business process deployment plan, supporting our Operational transformation. This role aims to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, program efficiency, and financial effectiveness.

This is a “hands-on” leader, the successful candidate will thrive in fast-paced, exciting and dynamic environments. You will be driven by delivering high-quality, on-time, solutions, applying appropriate risk management to drive results, and managing multiple demands simultaneously.

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to evaluate and optimize assortment transitions. Ensure relevance and avoid duplication within the assortment by rationalizing proposed items.
  • Regularly communicate business strategies, progress, results, and action plans to the merchandising team, supply chain team, and other stakeholders, and drive execution
  • Leverage and implement appropriate planning tools, systems, and technology to improve the merchandise planning process and enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Share expertise and develop requirements to solve complex problems. Partner with product management, merchandising, supply chain, and other groups to drive project success.
  • Manage the implementation of business solutions to streamline and improve processes; continuously refine SKU and vendor selection methodologies; leveraging best practices from cross-functional partners
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying stakeholder needs; develope and communicate business plans and priorities, measure progress and adjust performance as needed; Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project success
  • Coach and lead teams to understand Lean and Design principles, facilitate process mapping and wastes identification;, gain  deep insights into customer needs and use these insights to inform design decisions and trade-offs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, process improvement, or business operations
  • Advanced systems knowledge of retail multi-channel merchandise financial planning, demand planning, assortment planning, replenishment, and allocation systems.
  • Certification in operational improvement methodologies or experience applying these methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience in fast fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven approach; experiences in building tools, collecting and analyzing data
  • Demonstrated enterprise mindset, big-picture thinking, and value creation
  • Ability to work effectively,  build influence and trust across various organizations. 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are critical
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring teams to achieve operational excellence

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $165,000
  • This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
