In this role, you’ll act as a key connector across teams—helping drive visibility, improve processes, and ensure alignment between planning, supply chain, delivery, and operational execution. You’ll turn data into insights, support decision-making, and help remove barriers that impact customer delivery and business performance. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and driving meaningful business outcomes.
The anticipated start date for this position is January 2027.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support day‑to‑day business operations across a cross‑functional, collaborative environment, helping teams stay aligned on priorities, commitments, and delivery outcomes.
Act as a connector across functions by assisting with coordination between planning, supply chain, operations, and delivery teams in support of customer‑centric business objectives.
Participate in and help maintain key operating rhythms such as KPI reviews, performance reporting, and action tracking to promote accountability and visibility.
Collect, organize, and analyze data related to demand and supply alignment, order execution, delivery performance, inventory readiness, and service‑level metrics.
Translate data and findings into clear summaries, insights, and questions that support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Partner with teams including Supply Chain & Planning, Manufacturing / Operations, Quality & Engineering, Finance & Commercial teams, and EMS partners through Global Operations to support coordinated execution.
Help identify issues, risks, and roadblocks impacting delivery or performance, escalating early with guidance and support from senior team members.
Serve as a liaison between teams by supporting clear communication, documenting actions, and tracking follow‑ups through resolution.
Assist in identifying inefficiencies and bringing awareness to opportunities to streamline workflows, improve consistency, and strengthen operational execution.
Support the creation and maintenance of standard work, SOPs, process documentation, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and learning best practices in an agile and innovative environment.
Support forecasting, prioritization, and planning activities, including assisting with execution of the UCDP process by validating inputs and highlighting constraints.
Learn and build familiarity with SOPs, playbooks, dashboards, reporting tools, and training materials to support predictable and effective execution.
Track actions and deliverables to ensure commitments are met and customer outcomes are supported in a reliable and transparent way.
Required Skills & Experience:
0–2 years of experience in business operations, supply chain, planning, analytics, or a related role (including internships, co‑ops, or early career rotational programs).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Foundational analytical skills with an interest in learning how to translate data into insights that drive customer‑focused and accountable outcomes.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, take direction, and adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Experience with or exposure to: Excel or similar tools for basic data analysis and reporting, ERP/MRP or enterprise systems (academic or professional exposure acceptable), and dashboards or reporting tools (hands‑on or learning‑level experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and share information clearly and authentically.
A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a technology‑driven Utilities & Energy organization.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Internship or early career experience supporting cross‑functional or operational teams.
Exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, delivery, or product‑based business environments.
Familiarity with basic continuous improvement concepts or coursework.
Experience supporting or tracking operational KPIs such as delivery performance, inventory, or service levels.
