These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead end-to-end transformation programs from discovery and business case through design, delivery, and steady state. - Work with stakeholders across functions to set priorities, define scope, timelines, and measurable outcomes. - Create and run change plans, governance, and stakeholder engagement to secure adoption and benefits. - Track program performance, manage risks and issues, and give clear progress updates to senior leaders. - Coach teams in new ways of working, tools, and operating models to embed sustainable change. - Design and run workshops to build capability and support continuous improvement. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field. - Minimum 6 years’ experience leading transformation, program management, change management, or business improvement initiatives. - Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs on time and to budget. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders. - Experience with structured problem solving and tracking benefits and outcomes. - Comfortable working in a hybrid model with regular travel to offices in India. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Master’s degree or certification in project, program, or change management. - Experience in large, matrixed organisations or regulated environments. - Familiarity with digital transformation, process automation, or cloud initiatives. - Strong facilitation skills and experience running workshops and coaching teams. - Experience using portfolio or program management tools and data-driven reporting. - Comfortable working across cultures and with geographically dispersed teams.
