Position Summary You will lead enterprise transformation programs that improve how we work and deliver measurable business results. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead end-to-end transformation programs from discovery and business case through design, delivery, and steady state. - Work with stakeholders across functions to set priorities, define scope, timelines, and measurable outcomes. - Create and run change plans, governance, and stakeholder engagement to secure adoption and benefits. - Track program performance, manage risks and issues, and give clear progress updates to senior leaders. - Coach teams in new ways of working, tools, and operating models to embed sustainable change. - Design and run workshops to build capability and support continuous improvement. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field. - Minimum 6 years’ experience leading transformation, program management, change management, or business improvement initiatives. - Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs on time and to budget. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders. - Experience with structured problem solving and tracking benefits and outcomes. - Comfortable working in a hybrid model with regular travel to offices in India. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Master’s degree or certification in project, program, or change management. - Experience in large, matrixed organisations or regulated environments. - Familiarity with digital transformation, process automation, or cloud initiatives. - Strong facilitation skills and experience running workshops and coaching teams. - Experience using portfolio or program management tools and data-driven reporting. - Comfortable working across cultures and with geographically dispersed teams.
