Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. Day in the Life of a Medical Director

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings

• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment

• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards

• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services

Schedule & Locations

• Interested medical providers should expect to work 1 day a week (5-hour shift). Flexible on what day the provider prefers but no Fridays!

• This position will be in-office at our LaGrange office.

Education and Licensure Requirements

• Licensed Physician in the state you will work for Crossroads.

• DEA licensure in the state you will work for Crossroads.

• Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience

• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.

• 12 hours of training in narcotic-addiction treatment within the 12 months preceding the date of hire.
