The Business Partner Selling Excellence Manager will be responsible for designing, influencing and executing strategic and operational plans aligned with Business Unit strategies and Selling Excellence priorities. The main objective of this role is to develop and strengthen key capabilities in the sales teams, ensuring high impact development solutions that drive commercial performance in the High Specialty market. 

This role is positioned as a key strategic partner to the Marketing teams, Medical and Sales Force teams, providing integral support in the execution of their commercial and medical strategies. medical and commercial strategies. Execute strategic and operational plans: Lead the implementation of strategic and operational plans aligned with Business Unit priorities and Selling Excellence. Drive business performance: Develop and implement high impact development solutions that maximize business performance and operational effectiveness in a competitive and specialized environment. Monitor and adjust KPIs: Monitor the progress of operational plans through the use of appropriate KPIs and dashboards, making the necessary adjustments to optimize results. Field accompaniment: Spend 50% of work time in the field, working closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in leadership, management and commercial execution. Strategic collaboration: Establish and maintain trusting relationships with franchise leaders to understand their challenges and develop joint solutions that promote innovation and local success. Learning facilitation: Leading learning and development programs, adapting global and regional training solutions to local needs and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Digital Transformation: Promote and lead the adoption of innovative digital technologies within sales and marketing teams to improve operational efficiency and strategy execution. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business activities and strategies comply with local and international regulations, ensuring the highest standards of ethics and transparency. Mentoring and coaching: Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales and marketing teams, strengthening leadership skills and promoting talent development within the organization.

¿Why You?

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Human/Organizational Development, Management or Business.
  • 2 years of experience in Training/Development and/or Commercial area in High Specialty. It is desirable to have had experience in Sales Force or Commercial team in High Specialty.
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize proposals.
  • Presentation and facilitation skills (face-to-face and virtual).
  • Softskills: Influencer and Inspirational, Teamwork, innovation, fast learning.
