Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand business needs, designing and developing applications, and ensuring they meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues, as well as providing technical support to end-users. With your creativity and expertise in Salesforce Development, you will contribute to the success of our projects and help drive innovation in our organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and develop Salesforce applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user needs. - Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business process requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. - Create and maintain technical documentation for applications. - Assist in the testing and deployment of Salesforce applications. - Train end-users on how to effectively use Salesforce applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development, Data Engineering. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Administration, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing custom objects, fields, and workflows in Salesforce. - Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Familiarity with integration tools and technologies, such as MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Experience in data modeling and database design. - Understanding of data integration and ETL processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
