Summary: As a Data Platform Engineer, you will assist with the data platform blueprint and design, collaborating with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models. You will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of the data platform components. Your typical day will involve working closely with the team to design and implement data solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to key decisions regarding the data platform. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in data engineering and collaborate with the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions and managing the team to ensure successful project delivery - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions regarding the data platform - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and implement data solutions to meet business requirements - Troubleshoot and resolve data platform issues - Collaborate with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models - Contribute to the development and maintenance of data platform components Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps - Experience with data engineering and data integration - Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles - Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark - Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full time education is required
