Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for incident troubleshooting and resolution by actively working with customers located globally. Troubleshoot the issue by following the workflow defined in the process on the knowledge based on customer’s submitted requests. Handle incoming calls/emails related to network issues, work with internal team, identify the issue, collaborate closely with customers, client’s team and vendors to address the issue to ensure fast resolution and high customer satisfaction. Makes technical decision and manages workloads with support from mates in the team. Willingness to work in shifts (24x7). Technical Responsibilities: 3+ years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments. Significant experience in troubleshooting network issues, end-to-end and user reported issues. Significant experience of routing and switching protocols (CCNA preferred). Significant experience in network operation, migration and engineering. Significant experience with network technologies, including Cisco, Nexus, Nvidia, Palo Alto, & Aruba – at least 2 of these. Good knowledge and hands-on experience of switching protocols STP, Stacking, VSS, VTP, HSRP, TCP/IP, and routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VPN and DMVPN. Exposure on configuration & troubleshooting various tunnel methods like GRE/IPSEC Excellent knowledge of cloud technology like GCP/AWS Good knowledge and hands on experience with Infoblox – DHCP/DNS configuration. Perform upgrades, troubleshooting and fixes of network hardware, software and configuration issues. Good appreciation of Service Management processes, ideally ITIL knowledge, service focused. Outstanding communication skills, both spoken (verbal) and written English language abilities. Knowledge and working experience in Python will be a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
