This role sits in our Professional Services organization. The Technical Services team is a post-sales team responsible for ensuring that Sprinklr customers are onboarded onto the Sprinklr software platform both efficiently and effectively so they can realize value from their investment. You'll work with customers new to Sprinklr as well as existing customers who are upgrading their platform version or introducing new capabilities.

To be successful in this role you should have strong business change management consulting experience, enjoy being customer-facing, be very technically confident and have a background in software integrations, front end software configuration and/or system administration.

 

What You'll Do

We are currently seeking a person looking to grow development and consulting experience.  Software engineers with knowledge of a wide variety of technologies are preferred.

In this role you will be supporting customer integration activities as well as rolling up your sleeves when it’s needed, with the objective of growing into a lead technical consultant and customer facing role.

 

What Are Your Responsibilities   

  • Support Integrations Projects by leveraging Standardized Connectors to Enterprise Software Solutions, in complex customer environments
  • Support other Consultants with Customer configuration and execution of requirements
  • Write proof-of-concept applications using available SDKs and APIs
  • Analyze API source code and assist product and documentation teams identifying gaps in the documentation.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Sprinklr application and architecture.
  • Work closely with the Product Support, Customer Success, Client Services and Development teams to resolve application issues and plan for changes, upgrades, enhancements and new customer provisioning.
  • Document operational procedures
  • Follow industry trends and developments to provide new ideas and recommendations on processes and products.

 

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, related field or commensurate experience
  • Some experience as developer, engineer or technical consultant
  • Proficiency with data exchanges and API's
  • Experience working with Databases Relational and NoSQL
  • Proficiency with at least one object-oriented programming language such as: Java, Javascript, Node.js, Python
  • Enjoy coding / scripting to automate infrastructure and application management tasks. Comfortable with processing large ASCII text files, building and consuming APIs
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong team player and lot of interest in taking on new challenges
  • Desire to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
  • Understanding of containers and cloud infrastructure is a plus

Compensation Range

$121,000 - $161,000 - $201,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
