We are looking for an experienced person who will contribute to the development of system new technologies, improvement of processes and work-flows as well as client, mandatory and regulatory initiatives within those services.

This role is critical in helping to shape and drive process and technology change across various groups.  Role requires great analytical skills in order to design, test and validate complex solutions and services for our clients and operational teams. Communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively cooperate with multiple stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations and our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Lead system developments and new business on boarding across Middle Office and Fund Accounting products
  • Preparation of business requirement documentation & analysis of proposed system changes, gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects execution and delivery and risk remediation component
  • Active cooperation with Product, Technology, Oversight and clients with view of making products and services scalable and efficient
  • Very close cooperation with other Change teams and BAU to work out standardized offering, procedures and operating model
  • Support high quality of service delivered by the team

Requirements: 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in leading changes through dynamic growth environment
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) – ready to lead meetings with internal and external clients
  • Outstanding analytical skills & ability to synthesize information and ability to challenge the status quo
  • Team player able to build strong professional relationships
  • Ability to solve complex issues across Operations and apply an appropriate risk management response
