We are looking for a motivated Senior Product Manager to define and execute new marketing product for HP consumer experience that will establish HP as a personalized insights and recommendation service company. You will be responsible for your own revenue generating HP solutions and its touchpoints and explore ways to make them thrive with your unique expertise and mastery, from defining its business models, product definition and roadmaps, through development and launch.
You will ensure its growth and continuous improvement in operational performance, through actively seeking and driving the implementations of the ‘new right things’ of all scale, ranging from feature sets to strategic business partnerships.
This role requires an experienced product leader with a track record of zero to one development with self-starting, pragmatic approach to product development, fluent in strategic thinking and vision, operational excellent, and cross-functional project leadership to own and drive the change through collaboration with global and regional teams.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a consumer facing marketing product development, preferably in advertisement, media, retail, or gaming industry, where one’s empathetic and business acumen is constantly challenged with the market changes.
Responsibilities
Define and own the vision for new HP consumer experiences, driving alignment across stakeholders and ensuring that all initiatives support business and user engagement goals
Build and scale the foundational platform capabilities necessary to enable a wide range of solutions
Responsible for the product development lifecycle from conception through launch, handling timelines and resources.
Collaborate with internal teams such as business development, engineering, design, operations, legal, finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver innovative consumer experience solutions on time and within scope.
Analyze 1st party data, industry research and consumer trends, and lead the development of data-driven strategies and solutions to identify opportunities to maximize revenue performance across the HP consumer experience.
Drive operational optimization initiatives – including the development of A/B tests, go-to-market plans, and optimization recommendations
Own strategic documentation on existing and upcoming projects, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and executives
Qualifications
10+ years of directly relevant experience and consistent record in a product and/or business strategy capacity at a media or technology company
Deep understanding of digital media / advertising platforms and infrastructure is preferred
Have taken a product or feature from 0 -> 1 and have achieved product-market fit with new consumer facing products
Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and how to leverage marketing content and interactive design to drive retention and repeat usage
A history of analyzing international markets and leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and drive impactful business outcomes
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management for highly complex launches involving engineering and product organizations without direct authority over resources
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex features in a timely manner
Ability to translate customer insights and data into compelling product features and experiences
Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
The base pay range for this role is $146 650 up to $212 650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
