Area Sales Manager (Mining) Central Asia Region
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales development and action plan execution for Mining & Metallurgy market, support for Construction segment development (dewatering & drainage applications);
- Identifying key areas of growth, market opportunities and insights;
- Collaboration and business development with existing partners via assessment, support, execution;
- Sales growth development by products and solutions portfolio extension on existing customers
- Pursue new and creative ways to expand market share;
- Identify and anticipate new channel partnership opportunities (distributors, partners, designers, OEM, EPC contractors, associations, etc.);
- Pipeline development of Mining, Metallurgy and Construction opportunities with tracking in CRM (Salesforce);
- Regularly conduct win/loss analyses of key deals (in partnership with area sales managers);
- Regular reports including important market status updates, critical case analysis, plan execution progress, core activities and opportunities;
- Marketing tools development support on expert level (product brochures, customer testimonials, case stories, presentations, trade show displays) in collaboration with Marketing team;
- Events preparation, sales visits, promotion and other commercial activities;
- Quotation preparation in collaboration with Technical Support Team;
- Demonstrate highest standards of ethics, teamwork, personal accountability and mutual support;
REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- University or College degree (in technical or engineering field)
- 5yrs+ experience in Mining & Metallurgy field
- Clear understanding of the Mining & Metallurgy market structure (technical layout, administrative departments, roles and responsibilities)
- Heavy industry water cycles knowledge
- Water/wastewater pumping process knowledge
- Dewatering process knowledge
- Strong contacts with the relevant organisations from segment highly appreciated
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Sales Force CRM or equal)
- Customer-oriented and financial-minded
- Initial and leading character
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning, and decision making skills, proactive, self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Driving license
- Ability to travel 40-50% or work days
