Summary:

Oversees grant utilization, licensing and incident reporting for assigned areas, functions, or teams. Partners with corporate finance to ensure compliance with grant funding requirements.

Responsibilities:

Oversees grant program utilization for all assigned inpatient and outpatient behavioral health grant contracts—including data entry, invoicing and reporting. Maintains relationships with grant contract managers.Works in conjunction with corporate finance to ensure compliance with grant funder financial, utilization and reporting requirements.Ensures ongoing compliance with funder requirements; monitors clinical documentation so it accurately supports grant invoicing. Plays central role in internal/external audits.Ensures compliance with funder reporting cadence and generates progress reports highlighting utilization, programmatic issues and training.Manages Department of Children and Families (DCF) licensing for all Memorial Healthcare System programs. Ensures accurate and timely submission of licensing documentation, fees and other related requirements. Prepares department for licensing compliance audits.Coordinates onboarding and in-service training for staff to meet licensure, compliance and grant funding requirements.Monitors and oversees incident reporting for DCF through the Incident Reporting and Analysis System (IRAS). Enters incidents in IRAS for assigned departments, areas or teams as needed.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Masters: Health Administration (Required)

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: 2 years grant management experience. Other Information: Familiar with data quality management functions and tools. Must be computer proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite modules.Additional Education Info: or relevant field of study
