Picket is seeking a professional and polished driver of sales to both develop a roster of outbound sales contacts and actively solicit and nurture those leads to foster a pipeline of business for Picket's five platforms of service: Acquisitions, Dispositions, Property Management, Portfolio Optimization, and Saas.

B2B real estate sales experience is required for this role and no candidate without it will be considered.

Clients for these lines of business will come predominantly from the middle tier of investors, operating in the Sun Belt corridor of the United States, and owning from 10-100 SFR units. Qualified candidates will know how to access leads from this segment in a low-cost manner, ensure customer acquisition costs remain modest and manageable.
