What You'll Do:

• Own & Grow Partnerships: Manage and expand our university relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).
• Event Maestro: Co-create and plan engaging employer attraction events.
• Recruitment: Drive our annual recruitment volume planning and own the end-to-end process for internships and graduate programs, including Assessment Centers.
• Innovate: Continuously find new ways to connect with diverse talent.

What You'll Bring:

• Language Skills: Fluent English (C2) is a must. German language skills are a plus.
• Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguous situations and find creative solutions.
• Organization: Highly structured and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strategic Thinking: Go beyond the obvious to identify opportunities.
• Creativity: Bring fresh ideas to our early careers' initiatives.
