About the role
As part of our Contact Centre whānau, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to our members and colleagues health and wellbeing. You will be joining an award-winning team, proud winners of the 2024 Readers Digest Quality Service Award. A diverse team who are passionate, engaged, and supportive of each other. The team know how to have fun, thrive, celebrate each other’s wins, all while bringing their whole selves to work.
Support members via voice or digital, managing their enquiries on healthcare treatment eligibility under their health insurance plans.
Gather information, conduct research, and piece together a case to deliver a confident and clear decision.
Continuously keep up to date with policy, product and process knowledge
Navigate our systems and tools to accurate record enquiry details and outcomes.
