About the role

As part of our Contact Centre whānau, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to our members and colleagues health and wellbeing. You will be joining an award-winning team, proud winners of the 2024 Readers Digest Quality Service Award. A diverse team who are passionate, engaged, and supportive of each other.   • Support members via voice or digital, managing their enquiries on healthcare treatment eligibility under their health insurance plans.

  • Gather information, conduct research, and piece together a case to deliver a confident and clear decision.

  • Continuously keep up to date with policy, product and process knowledge 

  • Navigate our systems and tools to accurate record enquiry details and outcomes.
