Your responsibilities

• In your role as consultant, you’ll help our clients (mainly from the chemical-pharmaceutical, automotive, mechanical / plant engineering, aviation, transportation, consumer goods, trade, high-tech, energy production and/or supply industries/sectors) to choose the right strategic direction and to understand the importance of developing a good product strategy.
• More specifically, you’ll work on smart, connected products that enable hyper-personalization of product experiences, and you’ll develop products that benefit from digitization.
• Furthermore, you’ll assist our clients in architecting their smart products and supportive platforms.
• Depending on your level of experience (whether you’ve just graduated, already have some project and leadership experience, or are a fully-fledged senior expert), we’ll quickly give you the right kind and amount of responsibility. What’s more, you can always count on the support of your co-workers and our senior experts from other departments, who’ll be working together with you, usually on the very same projects.

What we are looking forward to

• Degree in (business) informatics, business administration / industrial engineering or similar discipline that combines economics and IT
• Some (the more, the better) years of project work experience in consulting; expertise in matters related to technology and digitalization; passionate interest in IT (ideally with detailed industry insight), especially concerning the areas of development, E/E, intelligent platforms and products
• Fluent, proficient level of German; good English; readiness to occasionally travel for business
• You’re a clever, congenial and communicative person who enjoys solving problems and spotting opportunities/potentials for improvement, and your special strengths are a creative imagination, good abstract thinking, great analytical and conceptual skills, and a well-organized and methodical style of working
