Position Summary...

Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practice; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment ; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning. Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent. Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy. Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas. In-Depth Domain Expertise: Requires knowledge of: Domain-specific methodologies, tools, and processes; Domain-specific products; Domainspecific best practices; Domain-specific market standards in product/platform architecture To demonstrate awareness of various principles, ways of

understand and address customization needs based on functional requirements. Enables the creation of an ecosystem that identifies and addresses

seg Product Roadmap and Development: Requires knowledge of: Product roadmap development techniques; Roadmap presentation; Roadmap
features and items; Project management techniques; Modern business practice (for example, Agile methodologies, Scrum); Minimum Viable Product
(MVP) creation; Product development lifecycles; Product development concepts (for example, "Crossing the Chasm") To own roadmaps of multiple
complex product lines/product families and works with leadership to ensure alignment with overall business strategy. Creates strategies/processes
that drive compliance and ethical norms. Addresses external/market constraints. Reviews and updates PM processes to formalize expectations.

Assesses and researches the market to selectively adopt technologies and drive innovation. Collaborates with engineering managers and team
members to maintain technical debt at optimal levels. Recognizes risks in architectural choices and guides team members on architectural choices.

What you will do

You’ll Make an Impact By...

  • Defining vision and strategies for our specific areas in ecommerce such as personalization and consideration – you will use your domain expertise in ecommerce and mobile apps, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.
  • Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Crafting and developing solutions to large business challenges – you will communicate business and customer needs to key partners to implement products and timelines
  • Driving business plans and projects – you will identify the customer and operational needs of the product
  • Building an inclusive team environment while developing the team to excel as best product managers in the industry – you will select, train, and mentor
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of your products and initiatives – you will improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness with participating stakeholders

  • You have experience envisioning, launching and scaling product(s).
  • You manage product teams, evangelize product strategy and vision to key leadership.
  • You are able to translate product strategy into detailed specifications, making functional and user interface design tradeoffs, managing product launches and owning the product successes post-launch.
  • You are an empathetic partner to customers and proactively anticipate requirements, influence and guide team towards building appropriate solutions.
  • You are an innovative thinker and able to synthesize data from multiple sources (including analytics, user research, operations research, and design) to identify key unmet needs and solutions that can address the needs.
  • You are data-driven and analytical to draw insights from current product performance to deliver on key user metrics.
  • You have the ability to work with large number of teams to make the vision of the product successful.

Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced/masters degree in engineering or management is preferred.

- Minimum 12+ years of software product management experience with deep exposure to operations research and data science based solutions.

- Expert level understanding of systems/processes/trends in ecommerce, retail and specifically areas of personalization, consideration, search

- Expert level of understanding of the retail business

- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Minimum 3years+ experience of leading managers of PMs

- Strong communication and storytelling skills for technically complex problems.

- Flexible and adaptive in ambiguous environments
