JR64767 Global Supply Chain Program ManagerAs a Global Supply Chain (GSC) Program Manager at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in running and delivering successful Digital Transformation Projects. You will take care of, monitor, and lead projects through all phases of project lifecycle - from initiation, feasibility studies, planning, execution and control, managing the timeliness and budget till project closure. You will play a dedicated role leading cross-functional teams (across IT, Digital Transformation and business SMEs) in identifying project requirements, establishing clear and achievable objectives, coordination and adapting the specifications and approach to the different concerns and expectations of various partners, and adhere to the Micron Project Methodology and project standards. The Program Manager is a strategic role that requires collaboration with business partners to ensure business needs are met. This includes understanding how a project impacts the strategic roadmap of the business and aligning project execution to help achieve business objectives.
You will be dynamic leader working closely with our highly-motivated project teams. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by projects and change efforts
