The Digital Workplace Asset Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of all IT assets across the organization, ensuring optimal value, compliance, and lifecycle efficiency. This role covers procurement, vendor management, software and hardware asset management, lifecycle planning, and process execution. The Asset Manager will develop and maintain robust asset management processes aligned with ITIL and industry best practices, supporting seamless onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT asset management, strong process orientation, and hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HAM/SAM modules.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, tracking, and retirement, ensuring data integrity and cost optimization.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, assist procurement with contract negotiations, and coordinate procurement activities to secure the best value and service for the organization.
  • Software Asset Management (SAM): Track and manage software licenses, ensure compliance with licensing agreements, optimize software usage, and support internal and external audits.
  • Hardware Asset Management (HAM): Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware assets, coordinate deployments, upgrades, and secure disposals in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure efficient provisioning and recovery of IT assets during employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining security and compliance throughout the process.
  • Process Design & Execution: Develop, document, and continuously improve asset management processes in alignment with ITSM/ITIL best practices, driving automation and efficiency.
  • ServiceNow Administration: Administer and optimize ServiceNow HAM/SAM modules for asset tracking, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all asset management activities adhere to internal policies and external regulations. Generate regular reports on asset status, utilization, compliance, and cost savings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, security, procurement, HR, and finance teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless asset management operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT asset management. Propose and implement process enhancements to drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT asset management, procurement, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM/ITIL frameworks and industry standards for asset management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM modules is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, document, and execute asset management processes.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in vendor negotiation, contract management, and procurement processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CSAM, CHAMP) are a plus.
