The Software Development Lead is a Leader position who will manage a variety of seniority team members of the Software Development/Engineering team who works on the design, development, and innovation of new products, technologies, or processes.

The Software Lead offers guidance, support and management to other team members on a daily basis with set of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and ensures that design choices align with long-term goals of Welocalize and Welo Data (part of Welocalize).
