We are seeking an experienced UiPath Architect to join our dynamic team of experts. The UiPath Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, robust, and high-performance software solutions using UiPath. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, advocate for best practices in coding and design, and mentor junior developers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture Design and Development: Design and architect UiPath solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. Develop high-level architecture plans that integrate with existing systems and technologies.
  • Solution Leadership: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA projects, from requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Ensure best practices and design principles are adhered to.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to define RPA strategies that address critical business needs. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver value.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert in UiPath, providing guidance and mentoring to developers and teams. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and UiPath programming.
  • Performance and Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions are robust, performant, and secure. Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of RPA solutions.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, designs, and processes. Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate competency in the UiPath stack.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Required Proficiencies

  • Proven experience in software architecture and design, particularly with UiPath solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of web frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • In depth knowledge of the UiPath cloud.
  • Experience drafting and presenting architectural diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Proficiencies

  • A portfolio of projects or contributions to open-source projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with additional programming languages a plus.
