Position Purpose:
 

The Specialist - Talent Acquisition will support the Recruiting Team by efficiently executing administrative duties and actively participating in all recruiting processes.
 

Job Requirements:

  • Facilitate Level 1 interviews

  • Endorse candidates to HMI

  • Man the front desk and administer Aspiring Minds

  • Attend internal calibrations

  • Update ATS and all internal trackers

  • Prepare and submit masterlists and other reports for access requests and calibration purposes

  • Facilitate keep warm calls & ensure compliance at every TA tollgate

  • Assist applicants’ inquiries regarding the hiring process and requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment

  • Preferably with a College degree

  • Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig and Cubao, Quezon City

  • Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills

  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible with shift schedules, including willingness to render OT and RDOT

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
