As a Senior Marketing & Strategy Planning manager at P&G, you will be one of our key drivers behind our continued growth and success. With our dedication to innovation, it's you who will develop go-to-market commercial plans for the Skin & Personal Care organization!
YOUR TEAM
You will report to the Market Strategy Director, based in Dubai. You will work closely with multi-functional & team with multifaceted strengths of experts across the globe.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Search and reapply shown success models with the different regions.
- Build Strong Conceptual Sell for our Field Sales to sell to our customers.
- Build market/regional knowledge by sharing initiative progress and competitive review.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop winning commercial plans to enable Sales teams to win in stores and drive local Go-to-Market & Sales Fundamentals strategies to win with customers
- Lead deployment of agreed regional strategies, key business priorities and regional Master plan to the Key Account Managers/Market Development Managers
- Define and deliver regional sales fundamentals and Business targets.
- Track promotion efficiency, ROI/cost-event analysis to ensure the efficient outcome for our in-market investments
- Supply to stewardship conformity giving clear mentorship on compliant spending to ensure the best use of budgets and no control outages
Job Qualifications
- Expertise of operations at 1) Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings with key customers and 2) the shopper-based design/key sales fundamental (counter location and size) to provide clear mentorship to Sales team to drive the best in-store execution
- Knowledge in Personal Care brands
5+ years of meaningful experience in the mentioned industry
- Deep understanding of commercial planning and processes
- Expertise in retail promotion planning and execution to reflect in future planning.
- Proven ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility in travel - 30% (8-9 times a year including Customer Meetings, Internal meetings, Consumer Research etc.)
-High preference for Arabic Speaking
