职位介绍：

作为企业EHS团队的核心成员，负责员工职业健康监护、员工福利体检、工业卫生、ISO50001能源管理体系、绿色工厂等工作，支持企业构建节能、安全、健康的工作环境。

岗位职责：

1. 日常EHS检查、作业现场检查监督，发现和制止违规违章操作，跟踪监督隐患整改；

2. 根据职业健康法律法规要求，落实全生命周期管理，并建立健全相关职业健康档案；

3. 开展预防健康教育/宣导（如控烟/减脂/心理健康周），职业健康宣导及培训等；

4. 制定、维护并执行EHS政策、流程及操作规范，确保合规性；

5. 负责员工职业健康体检和健康档案管理，统筹公司年度福利体检；

6. 协调并落实ISO50001体系的维护；

7. 协调并落实绿色工厂等相关的工作；

8.按照总部EHS要求落实工业卫生项目；

9.根据法规和总部要求落实职业健康监测，并对结果进行沟通；

10. 根据上级主管安排协助EHS 部门其他相关工作。

任职要求：

1. 安全工程、化学工程、环境工程、能源工程等专业本科及以上学历（特别优秀人员，可适当放宽）；

2. 五年以上职业健康、安全、能源等相关经验；

3.英文可以作为工作语言，英文特别优秀者优先；

4. 熟练应用办公软件（Word/Excel/PowerPoint 等），PPT特别优秀者优先；

5. 具有高度责任心，耐心，爱心，服务意识强，良好的表达沟通能力；

6. 学习适应力强、工作态度积极主动严谨、有较好的亲和力；

7. 有较强的执行力、跨部门协调能力和突发事件管理能力；

8. 能够在较高压力下工作；

9. 熟悉国家和地方的EHS方针、政策、法律、法规等有关规定，熟悉ESG国际标准体系；

10.持有注册安全工程师证书或其他相关的EHS专业资格证书优先；
