As a Logistics Officer, you will be a key contributor, ensuring efficient inventory management and stock distribution across assigned territories. You will focus on maintaining accurate inventory records, demand planning, and optimizing third-party logistics while ensuring quality control and timely stock dispatches. Emphasis will be placed on process improvements, tracking inventory turnover, and collaborating with the outbound team to drive high-quality operational outcomes.

We are looking for a Logistics Officer who is highly skilled in inventory management, demand planning, and stock distribution. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to analyze stock levels, track delivery schedules, and ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and efficiently dispatched. Your attention to detail will be key in managing and resolving any trade mismatches or quality control issues, ensuring that all stock movements meet the highest standards.
We expect you to have a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in using advanced software tools to monitor stock turnover, forecast accuracy, and improve logistics processes. Your experience with process improvements and standard operating procedures in logistics will be vital in helping us optimize the efficiency of our operations. Working closely with the outbound team and other key stakeholders, you will help drive the smooth and effective management of inventory across assigned territories.
If you have strong collaboration skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and a background in supply chain management or a related field, you probably have what it takes to join the M-KOPA team and contribute to our logistics success. We are looking for candidates with a degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant experience, and a minimum of one year in a similar role.
