Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing statement of work (SOW) and deliverables for customer engagements. Responsible for defining the cost targets for the project.
  • Responsible for execution of the deliverables in the SOW
  • Responsible for developing pricing along with Solution Architect. Responsible for meeting profit targets for the region.
  • has regional or global responsibility for meeting customer satisfaction
  • Manages SMEs, FSO, PSEs to meet the project deliverables and cost. Defines the resources required to meet project deliverables
  • Responsible for all the projects in the region
  • Responsible for the development of methodologies and the offerings portfolio for the services continuum to meet customer needs and aligning with Solution Architect and Sales

  • Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practices as well as the changing business environment

  • Applies in-depth knowledge of own segment/function, business and commercial expertise to differentiate itself from the competition

U.S. Salary Range:

$200,000.00 - $275,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
