Job Description:

• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with VMware Workspace One.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with virtual teams.

•  VMware Workspace One 移动设备管理（MDM）解决方案设计。
•  配置和部署解决方案支持、管理、现场监控支持、培训海外员工。
•  独立解决票务问题，并确保团队符合约定的服务级别协议（SLA）关于票务数量和时间的标准。
•  提供随叫随到的升级支持或L3支持，并进行事件和问题管理。
•  与各个业务部门讨论以满足业务需求。
•  管理、管理和操作企业移动管理（EMM）平台。
•  与客户协商后创建、管理和推出设备策略。维护和记录系统中的设备列表。
•  管理移动设备，在系统中注册或注销设备。
•  经客户批准后禁用或清除设备数据。
•  支持Horizon基础设施的升级。
•  支持项目团队进行移动应用测试（用户验收测试UAT）、沟通（变更管理）和部署（推出）。
