What you will be doing

As a Business Systems Analyst Manager, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as leading a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

  • Lead a team to collate business and client needs documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

  • Deliver on a 6x a year release schedule for multiple applications, leading a team to coordinate the successful deliver of release and ensure all client comms are sent within timelines.

  • Assesses, applies and projects the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.

  • Facilitate the triage the test issues under Cards processing.

  • Work with the stakeholders to get the issue resolved within the defined SLA for the client; pick up issues and work on them till resolution and closure.

  • Lead internal meetings with the stakeholders on the status of the issues.

  • Lead meetings with the clients to provide the status of the issues on a weekly basis.

  • Work with the internal stakeholders (dev team, QA team, BA product team) on resolution of issues.

  • Oversee the creation of test plans and test cases to ensure changes which are made to the application meet client needs and that application integrity is maintained.

  • Participate in regular management meetings and decision making.

What you bring

  • Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.

  • Experience of managing a team up to size of 10.

  • Experience in release management.

  • Experience in defect management.

  • Experience in client communication.

  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working.

  • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.

  • Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed.

  • Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.

  • Shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources.

  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors.

Added bonus if you have

  • Knowledge of B2K and/or P1C production.

  • Knowledge Production support process and Service Now tool.
