YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

Our Sales team is the engine that steers new customer acquisition and engagement across Europe: our salespeople can do it all from prospecting to acquisition. With their good friends in the Marketing & Strategic partnership teams, they conquer new market shares with a value based solution oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at environmentally friendly rocket speed 🚀

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Client Travel team in Madrid or Barcelona and reach / overachieve our targets for new and existing business. Your daily routine will include looking for prospects that will fit our target accounts and mastering your outreach strategies to sky rocket conversion rate (you will be equipped with a sales engagement platform). 

You will be meeting clients face to face to make them fall in love with our solution. You will run the onboarding process to make sure FREENOW’s technology helps our clients in their day to day business. 

Last but not least you will manage your portfolio of existing clients including relationship meetings, look for cross- and upsell opportunities and monitor their booking behaviour closely. 


TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience with proven track record of reaching / overachieving sales targets (knowledge of hospitality industry desirable but not a must)
  • You love being on the move and you know your city heartbeat
  • You understand how your activities are impacting your sales quota
  • You can make data driven decisions
  • You enjoy speaking and meeting new people and you know how to engage with them
  • You use coaching opportunities and self reflection to master your sales skills
  • You are fluent with Spanish and English
