The Assistant Manager / Senior Executive of Content Strategy plays a crucial role in shaping and executing the content vision of the organization. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and audience needs. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement, and content management.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to support brand awareness, lead generation
Able to carve out compelling Content/Influencer strategy for all social media platforms for brands (IG, YT, FB, Twitter)
Develop scripts, storyboards, and treatments, ensuring that they are innovative and engaging for the target audience
Create comprehensive content strategies that align with customer journeys and business objectives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify content needs and opportunities
Review all content assets for quality and consistency before submission to clients
Write, edit, and proofread compelling content that is tailored to the client’s target audience and aligns with the brand
Collaborate with internal team to integrate and offer innovative content strategies
Track and analyze content performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing
Manage relationships with external content creators, freelancers, and agencies if required
Build comprehensive digital road maps tailored to each client's brand, focusing on transforming traditional marketing
Apply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital solutions that support brand building and customer
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative content and communication strategies
2+ years of experience in copywriting or concept creation
Experience with agencies or start-ups
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
