About Us:

We’re a team of experienced tech builders and e-commerce brand operators working to build a software platform for e-commerce brands. Stoke empowers brands to connect the disparate data sources required to run their business in one place and provides decision analytics around the core functions of an e-commerce brand, like Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. Existing tools to support e-commerce brand-owners and entrepreneurs are disconnected (e.g. marketing or inventory management) and lack sophistication. We aim to disrupt this space through a fully integrated platform that leverages best in class artificial intelligence (AI) including large language models.

  • Work with the UX/UI team to ensure the product is easy to use and adequately solves our customers' problems
  • Work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to develop and launch new AI-powered products and features for e-commerce brands
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the e-commerce supply chain/operations space
  • Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
  • Participate in industry events and stay up to date on emerging trends in e-commerce, supply chain, and AI

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or related field
  • Hands-on experience building software in the Supply Chain industry (Fleiber, Flexport, Deliveroo, or building internal tooling to support Supply Chain teams)
  • Experience working in an early-stage, fast growing startup environment
  • Strong track record of conducting user interviews and incorporating user feedback into product development processes to deliver innovative, customer-focused products (experience with continuous customer discovery)
  • Experience working with AI-powered products or technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
