About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our Business Operations team. You will play an important role in analyzing data and powering the ROI-driven approach to decision making across the entire company. This is an ideal opportunity to learn and contribute to a highly productive, data-driven and analytical team. This role requires great attention to detail, the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively. Role is preferred Hybrid (SF, LA, or NYC) but can be remote.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in SQL, Google Slides and Sheets (or MS equivalent). 

Responsibilities:

  • Support more senior level team members by querying and analyzing large amounts of information quickly, drawing insights from analysis and developing recommendations
  • Comfortable working in high pressure situations meeting tight deadlines with close attention to detail
  • Day to day management of weekly business reviews presented to senior leadership
  • Create executive level slide decks, distilling complex business problems into a digestible format and communicating in a concise fashion
  • Synthesize one-off visualizations and dashboards using platforms like Tableau for team-wide use
  • Work closely with cross functional partners, including product managers, salespeople, data scientists and executives helping to operationalize recommendations and strategic initiatives

Your Background:

  • Bachelor degree (Accounting or finance degree or work experience a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience in top tier management consulting, investment banking, major studio, media or tech company
  • Advanced SQL, Google Slides and Sheets (or MS equivalent)
  • Enthusiasm for complex problem-solving through financial modeling, data analysis and other statistical modeling
  • Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple tasks at a rapid pace
  • Genuine curiosity, keen attention to detail, and strong desire to contribute to the success of the team through data-driven analysis
  • Passionate consumer of premium Movies & TV

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

$73,000 to $91,000 / year + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits
