Job Summary:
The CAA Los Angeles office is looking for a hybrid Workday HRIS Analyst to join our growing HR team. The Workday HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role will support the configuration, testing, reporting, and maintenance of Workday solutions related to HR processes such as payroll, benefits, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning. The Workday HRIS Analyst will collaborate closely with HR teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of Workday applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day system administration of Workday, including user access, data management, and troubleshooting.
Configure and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Learning, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.) to ensure the system meets business needs.
Support HR departments in configuring and optimizing Workday functionality, ensuring processes are aligned with business requirements.
Lead and/or assist with the planning, testing, and implementation of new Workday releases and updates.
Monitor the performance and availability of Workday, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Ensure all data within Workday is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal and company policies.
Provide ad-hoc reporting support for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
Analyze system data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas to enhance HR processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for HR staff and end-users with issues related to Workday.
Provide training and documentation to HR teams and end-users on Workday processes and best practices.
Ensure end-users have the necessary resources to effectively utilize Workday and maximize system capabilities.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to HR processes and workflows within Workday.
Collaborate with HR business partners to gather feedback and ensure that Workday solutions meet evolving business needs.
Ensure Workday configurations are compliant with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies.
Maintain data security standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of employee and company information within Workday.
Participate in audits and provide required documentation for compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working with Workday HRIS, preferably in an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
Strong experience with Workday HCM, Learning, Talent and other HR modules.
Experience in configuring, testing, and implementing Workday features and functionality.
In-depth knowledge of Workday HRIS system and its configuration capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.

Location
This role will be hybrid based out of the Los Angeles office, with a minimum on site requirement of three days.
Compensation:
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $76,000 - $98,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
