Position Summary...

The Manager, Strategic Account Management, leads the development and execution of account strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with company policies and values. The position requires leveraging data insights and business acumen to recommend solutions, support team development, and foster collaboration across functions. The manager also oversees onboarding, forecasting, and negotiation processes to enhance customer experiences and achieve sustainable growth within assigned accounts.

About the team:

The Data Ventures Account Management team drives strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence. Collaborating across functions, the team develops and executes business plans while managing key stakeholder relationships. Members utilize skills in negotiation, relationship management, and business planning to enhance customer success and optimize product offerings. The team emphasizes continuous improvement, coaching, and clear communication. By leveraging data insights and industry expertise, the team aligns efforts with organizational goals, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity to deliver measurable value and foster a performance-driven environment.

What you'll do...

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic plans and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor associates by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth.
  • Analyze business metrics and data models to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that drive customer and business success.
  • Oversee account planning, forecasting, and sales proposal development to align with organizational goals.
  • Manage negotiation processes ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote adaptability within the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results that meet customer and business needs.

  • Ability to analyze business metrics and data models to inform decision-making and drive business results.
  • Expertise in negotiation techniques to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while adhering to company policies.
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing associates to foster team growth and accountability.
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of industry trends, product expertise, and customer onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
