Data Management Specialist

Summary:

Data Management and control representative is required for a global high-tech company in Semiconductor area. A global high-tech company requires a Data Management and control representative to support human resources systems for employees and managers Globally.

* The position is suitable for candidates who want to be part of challenging role that includes service and organizational process support.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Maintenance and control of the information in the HR system
  • Providing solutions and support employees and managers Globally, in related to the Organization HR system questions.
  • Performing tests and controls on human resources systems.
  • Work and conduct in global interfaces.
  • ** The work is on shifts some time based on business.
  • Resolving HR Tickets

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree -mandatory or equivalent
  • Worked on workday tool
  • Communication skills – concise and precise, smile in the voice, good listening, conflict assessment/management
  • Strong MS skills – especially excel - manage mega spreadsheets/workbooks, example 80 columns and 1000 lines – sort, filter, VLookup, Pivots, compare, merge, audit/scrubs; create tables from excel to ppt
  • Good knowledge of OFFICE software systems
  • Previous experience in Back Office related to supporting service systems – Advantage.
