Job Description:

The Nordic Field Force & Business Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across customer-facing teams. With a primary focus on Field Force Excellence (70%) and complementary Business Intelligence responsibilities (30%), this role supports data-driven decision-making, performance optimization, and tactical planning. The role will partner closely with brand teams and BI colleagues to deliver actionable insights and enhance field force effectiveness.

Field Force Excellence (70%)

  • Oversee the development and execution of incentive schemes and performance tracking for the commercial organization with 3rd party vendor

  • Support Brand teams in optimal target allocation through models and scenario testing

  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure competitive customer engagement and field force performance.

  • Drive customer segmentation initiatives and support account management processes.

  • Provide FFE analytics ecosystem solutions in collaboration with Local Reporting Partner

  • Deliver monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards to local teams and senior management

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to field force performance, including sales data and operational metrics. Provide recommendations and advisories to Brand and Leadership teams

  • Support field teams in interpreting data and translating insights into action.

  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives such as product launches and customer-centric projects with FFE and CRM partner at EMEA level.

Business Intelligence (30%)

  • Act as a business partner to selected therapeutic area(s) (TAs), providing insights through analytics, reporting, and forecasting.

  • Coordinate patient and unit-based forecasting processes and ensure alignment with local and regional tools.

  • Liaise with Nordic and EMEA BI networks to share best practices and ensure compliance.

  • Support market research and competitive intelligence efforts in related TA in collaboration with BI colleagues
