Summary of the Position:

Rising Juniors and Seniors are invited to apply for a summer internship, which is designed to offer interdisciplinary training across the core areas of the Real Estate business. Our Summer Interns spend 10 weeks working with a Tishman Speyer team in one of our functional areas.   This is an opportunity to gain hands-on real estate experience, while contributing in a meaningful way to Tishman Speyer’s business.  In addition to the day-to-day support you receive from colleagues and peers, a number of asset tours and team building events deepen your engagement in the real estate industry and Tishman Speyer’s culture.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong desire to pursue a career in real estate
  • General finance, accounting, real estate coursework (advanced real estate finance coursework preferred)             
  • Excellent quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Maturity, professionalism, and good judgment
  • Interest and flexibility to work in different functions

The compensation for the full-time summer internship is $1,000/ week.
