Ecommerce Innovation AI Program Manager

Job Summary
• As the Ecommerce Innovation AI Program Manager, you will lead the strategic development and execution of initiatives to enhance HP’s ecommerce presence across different partner around the world, including retail and marketplaces. Leveraging AI when needed, you will drive programs that improve the online customer experience for HP products, identify emerging trends, propose and test new concepts, and scale successful initiatives globally.

• This role requires a deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, customer behavior, and the ability to integrate innovative tools such as AI for content generation, personalization and automation. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver transformative ecommerce experiences and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
• AI: Champion the use of AI to enhance ecommerce experiences, focusing on content creation, personalization, and customer insights. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure AI-generated content adheres to HP’s brand standards and legal guidelines.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for ecommerce innovation, prioritizing high-impact initiatives that align with business objectives.

• Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging trends in technology, consumer behavior, and ecommerce best practices to identify and test opportunities with HP’s partners.

• Program Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of innovation programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with country teams, external partners, agencies, marketing, and operations teams to define, implement, and scale innovation initiatives.

• Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors, agencies, and technology providers, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines.

• Performance Measurement: Define clear KPIs, track program performance, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership


Education & Experience Recommended
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 8+ years in program management, ecommerce, or related fields, with a strong focus on digital innovation.

• Mandatory experience in ecommerce; experience with innovation and AI projects is a strong plus.

Knowledge & Skills
• Project Management: Proven ability to lead and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and embrace challenges and new technologies.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and content personalization.

• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Communication: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
