We are now looking for a Product Manager for the Sensors and Thermostats portfolio that will be part of European Product Management organization, reporting to the Director of Product Management for Europe business. In this role, you will be responsible for creating the most effective and profitable offerings for Sensors, Thermostats and Room Automation for the European customers, working in close collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Engineering and Global Product Management teams.

How you will do it

  • Design and execute the portfolio product strategy for the European market, including value proposition, value delivery model, product roadmaps and product lifecycle
  • Be accountable for the development and execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) plans including stakeholder management
  • Lead the Go to Market activities in close collaboration with the sales teams
  • Understand the market needs, trends and competition
  • Support the creation of training material including conducting road-shows and/or holding presentations and product promotions
  • Work with Engineering team to design solution for new products or for evolutions of existing ones
  • Partner with Procurement department to manage suppliers, including inventory and materials costs

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience ideally within European markets
  • Knowledge of the Building Sensors and Thermostats market and technologies
  • Strong communication skills in fluent Italian and English and ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders
  • You are flexible to travel 20%-30% of the time
