Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft. From our base at Perth Airport, we specialised in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As a Supply Officer, some of your responsibilities will include work closely with both internal and external key stakeholders, managing stock levels to ensure availability, packing and lodging spares shipments, taking quarantine actions in-line with procedures, as well as the storage and shipping of dangerous goods. We're looking for someone who wants to learn about our dynamic industry and be part of our growing organisation. All training will be provided to the successful individual.

Essential criteria:

  • Customer focused with the ability to liaise with vendors/suppliers to resolve discrepancies on received shipments

  • Proactive with the ability to solve problems

  • Be available to work in a shift roster pattern across a 24 hour span of hours

  • Current drivers licence

Additional skills you may have:

  • Experience working in a stores/warehousing or similar safety sensitive environment

  • Current Forklift licence (preferred)

  • Demonstrate sound working knowledge of computers preferably Microsoft Office applications

  • Dangerous goods certificate would also be advantageous as well as working knowledge of IAS software.

  • Experience in issue and receipt of aeronautical products is desirable
