WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a smart, hands-on and determined analyst to fulfill a pivotal position within our Compliance Team. You will provide compliance support and oversight for PGIM’s Luxembourg based activities, and also to support the broader European compliance function. Luxembourg is a jurisdiction of strategic importance to the business and the role will focus on PGIM’s Real Estate and Private Equity businesses.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Execute compliance testing according to a risk-based multi-annual compliance monitoring programme
  • Contribute to the review, implementation and enhancement of the compliance manual including relevant policies and procedures
  • Assess changes in the regulatory environment and possible conclusions regarding necessary Compliance measures
  • Undertake day-to-day activities linked to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) such as Client Due Diligence (CDD), adverse media and sanctions screening and risk assessments.
  • Provide oversight of CDD files to ensure completion meets regulatory standards
  • Review and compliance approve marketing and fund reporting literature
  • Educate and train employees in internal and regulatory compliance matters in order to maintain compliance awareness
  • Support to collect and collate information required for senior management compliance and anti-money laundering reporting
  • Support to produce and manage correspondence, reporting and inquiries with CSSF and other regulators, as necessary
  • Contribute to the oversight of delegated activities including Transfer Agents, Investment Managers and Distributors.
  • Liaise with other PGIM entities worldwide as well as the parent company as deemed necessary
  • Protect the integrity and reputation of the Company and develop a positive compliance culture

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Self-starter and strong team player who is inquisitive and self-motivated  
  • Experience of European financial regulation, investments and financial markets, with five years working experience in a compliance/regulatory, audit, legal or other relevant control function. Focus on Real Estate investment advisory would be beneficial but not essential
  • Skilled in using MS software, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proven analytical and project management skills
  • Detail oriented, able to set priorities and complete simultaneous projects
  • Good understanding of CSSF regulations
  • Fluency in English

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

  • Good knowledge of CSSF Circular 18/698 and/or Luxembourg AML regulatory framework
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.  .
  • Knowledge of French, German and/or Italian an advantage
  • Strong academic background: relevant degree level qualification
