The Principal Executive Recruiter is a highly strategic and influential role, responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for executive level positions. This individual will be a key partner to our executive leadership team, providing expert guidance and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive search, a robust network of industry contacts, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition:

    • Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, engage, and hire top executive talent.

    • Conduct proactive market mapping and benchmarking to stay ahead of talent trends in key functional areas.

    • Cultivate a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for critical executive roles.

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive executive recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the company's growth objectives and executive hiring needs.

  • Search & Selection:

    • Conduct in-depth interviews and thorough assessments of executive candidates to evaluate qualifications, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.

    • Apply advanced assessment tools and techniques to advise and guide hiring decisions.

    • Present comprehensive candidate reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Executive Partnership:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and hiring managers, providing thought leadership on all aspects of the executive search process.

    • Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy and organizational culture to align talent acquisition efforts with company goals.

    • Offer strategic insights on market dynamics, competitor activity, and compensation trends.

  • Candidate Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential executive candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging recruiting experience.

    • Lead the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.

  • Diversity and Inclusion:

    • Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the executive hiring process, fostering a diverse talent pipeline and promoting inclusive hiring practices.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Lead initiatives to continuously enhance the executive recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness, incorporating standard methodologies and technology.

    • Create and maintain metrics and reports to track the success and impact of executive recruiting efforts.

    • Stay current on industry trends, emerging recruitment technologies, and best practices in executive search.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in executive recruitment, with a successful track record of placing executive-level talent.

  • MS Office-- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Contact Management/Applicant tracking system experience for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

  • Deep expertise in executive search methodologies, sophisticated assessment tools, and recruitment technologies.

  • Ability to build solid relationships and effectively influence senior executives.

  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and sensitivity to confidential information.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Possession of strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.


 

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $162,381.00-$227,333.40

Other site ranges may differ

Benefits include:  Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program.

Paid Time Off:  Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.

Discretionary bonus: Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
