As one of the early members of the team here in our strategic technology delivery center, you will partner closely with our technology and business leaders from around the world to help build the platform to support our growth plans to $50B USD and beyond in the next 3 to 5 years.

The team in the Bengaluru delivery center can work across multiple domains that drive speed and convenience for the customer and cost efficiency across the full value chain. The work we do at Wayfair means we have to move quickly, collaborating with the best and brightest engineers, creatives, product managers, data scientists, and analysts to discover, build, and scale world-class software products.

The Wayfair Fintech & Loyalty team is responsible for delivering all technology, programs, and user experiences related to Financing, Gift Cards, Loyalty Programs, Pay, and Fraud Prevention. We have an immediate need for a Product Manager to drive discrete consumer financing initiatives.

What You'll Do

You will drive financing initiatives that enable our customers to access the financing they need to furnish and decorate the home of their dreams. You will be supporting and empowering the engineering team by defining a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that will guide the team to work on the highest priority problems with the biggest impact for both our customers and for the rest of the business.

You will be responsible for defining the product requirements and success criteria and lead the eng team to build and scale financing capabilities. You will be the voice of the customer, working closely with both commercial and technical partners to deliver delightful experiences.

What You’ll Need

We're looking for a passionate Product Manager who loves to deliver delightful customer  experiences, solve complex problems, and work collaboratively with peers and across disciplines.

  • 10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of experience in product management or entrepreneurial experience with strong direct product involvement, and a deep understanding of e-commerce business strategy and KPIs
  • Previous experience in eCommerce and Financing are a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-quality products at scale
  • Ability to drive the team to build new products, iterate quickly from the ideation phase through to launch, and outline how your choices solved problems and moved specific KPIs
  • Work closely with engineers, providing clear requirements and success criteria for your product features, along with the anticipated customer and business value to be achieved.
  • Technical depth sufficient to engage in solution design conversations with engineers
