We are now looking to strengthen our marketing team and looking for a highly ambitious marketeer to join our team in Baar as Senior Marketing Activation Manager for Eastern Europe.

Scope of the role

As a Senior Marketing Activation Manager for some countries in Western Europe and the full Eastern Europe, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the consumer and trade marketing strategy across multiple markets. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of annual brand plans for all regions / each market: portfolio, innovation, communication, and promotion
  • Leading a team of passionate brand activation managers 
  • Collaborating closely with global, local teams and partners to efficiently implement brand plans
  • Analysing external and internal data to drive portfolio and innovation strategies
  • Establishing media strategy & leading its implementation in all markets.
  • Building relevant BTL brand activation with partners
  • Tracking category and brand performance in each market

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in consumer marketing in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • A hands-on approach, ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, and a stress-resistant personality
  • Team-player mindset with initial leadership skills and a flexible working style
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel between 20%
