The team is based in the Netherlands at the EHQ Nike Office.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You’ll work reporting to the Men’s Lifestyle Creative Director, within a team of creatives/designers, producers and writers/strategists within the EMEA Brand Creative studio. Internally you’ll work in conjunction with Brand Creative counterparts in WHQ . Within EMEA marketing, you’ll partner closely with Brand, Partner, Energy, and Athlete Marketing teams within the Men’s Lifestyle category.

You’ll also commission and work closely with external collaborators such as creative and strategic agencies, photographers, designers, stylists, directors or creatives spanning unique disciplines.

Senior Creatives are multidisciplinary leaders expertly versed in art direction, design, typography and experience design. They shape the future of the brand by ideating forward-thinking concepts and executions, delivering always with a strong attention to craft and detail.

They are a creative force within teams at Nike, being on the pulse of creative culture and have a natural ability to inspire others with their creative ideation and strategic thinking.

Experienced when it comes to guiding and directing other creatives, both individuals and agencies, they are familiar with working in close partnership with a wider teams. Able to both understand and participate in strategic conversations, they inspire and lead others through creative conception, development, and execution.

They proactively work to keep abreast of new trends and are continuously on the lookout for new talent, growing their creative collaborative roster in all areas. They love to bring this knowledge and passion to the wider team to help inspire others and make impact on creative projects.

Within the Nike Lifestyle Men’s category, they are required to have extensive knowledge of the EMEA consumer landscape with a strong obsession and connection sport, streetwear, fashion, youth culture and style. They immerse themselves in understanding the wider landscape of their respective category, constantly bringing new creative vision to the table.

They have proven experience working at scale and can lead complex work streams independently – managing and prioritising time as needed. They excel at seeing the big picture while refining the details all the way to delivery and using their experience to teach others around them.

They are not afraid to bring disruptive and audacious thinking to their creative ideation. No dream is too big in their mind.

  • Experience in art direction and design within an agency or brand with a strong focus on sport, sport lifestyle, fashion and culture.

  • Ability to originate and strategise ideas to drive and execute concepts across the Men’s sportswear seasonal priorities.

  • Proven experience conceptualising and leading photoshoots, styling sessions, graphic design, motion design, experiential design combined with solid knowledge of how to leverage today’s digital landscape.

  • Strong experience leading complex project work streams, managing internal and external partners from the concept phase to execution.

  • Ability to strategise and develop forward thinking and disruptive creative concepts, building presentations and selling these into senior leaders and internal and external partners.

  • Expert of the landscape of Sportswear, Lifestyle, Fashion and Aesthetic.

  • Passionate about Sports, the Sports Lifestyle, and the Culture around it.

  • Ability to travel 40%

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Your focus will to help shape the creative vision of the Nike Men’s Lifestyle category. You will play a key role leading complex work streams to strategise, ideate, develop and craft creative concepts for both product launches, creative campaigns and consumer experiences across EMEA, delivering end-to-end creative across multiple channels, both digital and physical.

You will play a key role working on:

  • Extending global creative concepts to the EMEA markets

  • Originating and executing EMEA specific creative concepts

We also have a range of internal projects and workstreams in order to add to the creative culture of the Nike Brand Creative Studio.
