Project Coordinator

             

Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Studio Leads to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and milestones for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling project status inquiries.

About the Role

  • Ensure that each request has the tools it needs to meet project milestones
  • Create project schedules that include materials estimates and resource needs to be submitted to management
  • Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for Studio Leads
  • Work within project management software solutions
  • Work with team members and clients to handle project issues as they arise
  • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
  • Break projects into doable actions via templates and set timeframes with
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures

About You

  • College degree in Marketing Communications or Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Project Management Certification (preferred)
  • 1 – 3 years + agency (or corporate/in-house) experience in Account or Project Management role.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
  • Demonstrated an understanding of project management concepts
  • Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Experience using Workfront (Work Management Software) a plus.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
