About the Role

Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully implement company’s strategic targets and Operations goals with human-centered, transformative and innovative solutions in an Agile way of working.

Responsibilities:

  • Insurance operations support, transformation and Digitalization / Applications projects
  • Supports and facilitates dynamic project team and works closely with overseas operation service team to support on the full cycle of project execution to ensure the timely delivery
  • Interacts with end users, prepares business requirements and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria
  • Implements testing of solutions and workflow progress, may include on-site business visits
  • Participates in project team meetings, working groups meetings, daily standup meeting and scrum ceremonies with partners and proactively share new insights, knowledge and potential challenges
  • Shares knowledges on subject matter expertise with team members and partners
  • Provides technical and business training and support to team members to be familiarized with the working environment and act as a buddy to guide the teammate throughout the onboarding journey

Requirements:

  • University degree holder (preferably in insurance, computer science and business fields), with minimum 3 years of working experience in insurance company/financial institutions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken/written English and Chinese
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Accountable with a solid sense of customer centricity
  • You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
