CACI is seeking an experienced Logistics Supply Analyst to join an elite team of subject matter experts supporting Military Sealift Command’s onsite Integrated Logistics Support services for MSC ships undergoing overhaul.
 

This is a Part-Tine on call (PTOC) position supporting MSC efforts worldwide. Travel requirement is up to 75% worldwide.


The Opportunity:

·       Work onsite as an integral member of MSC Project Teams assigned to manage overhauls around the world.

·       Assist MSC Headquarters, the ship’s Port Engineer and ship’s crew in all logistics issues during the overhaul, in support of National objectives.

·       Interface with shipyard warehouse personnel to assist in receipts, issuance, and material movement.

·       Assist the ship with updated configuration records/APLs, to reflect the new equipment installed during the overhaul.


Responsibilities:

·       Perform onsite Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities for MSC for ships undergoing overhaul around the world.

·       Assist in ordering additional material as required. Track the shipments through onsite receipt and issuance to the shipyard.

·       Coordinate the shipping and return of unused material. Generate required DD1149 documents for return of GFM to MSC warehouses for future use.

·       Perform onsite shipboard equipment validations for equipment replaced during the overhaul.

·       Update configuration records with validation results in MSC’s/ship’s configuration database to reflect equipment that was added, deleted, or modified.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Must have an active DOD Secret security clearance

  • Must possess a US Passport

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 4 years of demonstrated knowledge, expertise, and relevant experience fleet sustainment logistics support services to fleet vessels of the MSC, U.S. Navy, or U.S. Coast Guard.

  • Highly proficient in MS Office products, particularly Excel

  • Demonstrated knowledge, expertise, and relevant experience fleet sustainment logistics support services to fleet vessels of the MSC, U.S. Navy, or U.S. Coast Guard.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Candidate must have the ability to work in an industrial environment and be physically capable to climb ladders to move between multiple equipment/components on board ship.

  • Must be able to carry and sort small package loads under 20 lbs.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
